How long does shipping take for my Momentum watch?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original, unworn condition with all packaging for a full refund.
Are Momentum watches water-resistant?
Yes, most of our fashion timepieces are water-resistant up to 3ATM or 5ATM, meaning they can withstand splashes or brief immersion. Please check the specific product description for the depth rating of your model.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Every Momentum watch includes a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, and dial. It does not cover normal wear and tear or battery replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment options via Klarna and Afterpay.
How do I adjust the size of my watch band?
Our mesh and leather bands are easily adjustable at home. For stainless steel link bracelets, we include a small adjustment tool with your order, or you can take it to any local jeweler for professional sizing.
